Résumé :

This talk offers an overview of the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in adults, outlining what is well established, what remains uncertain, and where clinical practice is evolving (i.e. digital tools). It highlights key diagnostic elements and assessment tools, along with common challenges such as symptom overlap with mood, anxiety, and other co occurring conditions. The session summarises the best available evidence for pharmacological and psychological interventions, including stimulants, non stimulants, psychoeducation, behavioural strategies, and structured approaches to shared decision making. It also addresses the practical difficulties clinicians encounter, from managing diagnostic ambiguity to tailoring treatment for complex presentations.
